John Karl Buche specializes in intellectual property law and practices in Southern California. Mr. Buche assists inventors and businesses with all aspects of protecting intellectual property— from obtaining patents, trademarks and copyrights, to licensing, litigation and trials. He has filed patent applications for inventions in a wide variety of technologies, including medical devices, oil field tooling, sports equipment, automotive, household devices, clothing accessories, and material handling apparatus. Mr. Buche has extensive litigation experience having handled litigation of patent, trademark, copyright infringement, trade secret, and general business matters. He has handled bench and jury trials, arbitrations, and matters in appellate forums. Mr. Buche's practice is based in Southern California, where he serves San Diego, Orange County and the greater Los Angeles area.
